I would like to show off the lack of understanding by relatives more than symptoms of schizophrenia themselves. It's rather hard to accept initially that your son/daughter hear voices. The characters of the video don't notice what the girl is trying to say and just focus on her changed behavior since her mom passed away three years ago.
